Ambetter Telehealth** gives you access to doctors for non-emergency health issues or questions. Request a prescription or ask for medical advice by video or phone, 24/7. Plus, there’s no co-pay when you use in-network telehealth providers. Visit your state page for details.

Our My Health Pays® *** program is available to Ambetter Health members. It’s a rewards program that pays you for the healthy decisions you’re already making each and every day. Completed your annual wellness screening? You get points for that. Want to learn new ways to be healthy? You can get rewards for that, too.

Our 24/7 nurse advice line makes it easy to get answers to health questions via phone, anytime. Talk to a registered nurse for answers about your health or medications, or whether you should go to the emergency room or see your regular doctor. 

Pediatric vision is an essential health benefit available in all Ambetter Health plans. Pediatric dental care plans are also available and can be purchased separately. And, adult vision and dental insurance plans are available in some states. Explore our plans.

Your Ambetter Health Coverage begins January 1, 2023.  In early November you will receive a letter with your member ID.  Once you receive this letter you will need to finalize your coverage selection.

Recently you received communication alerting you of a change to your current coverage and assigning you to Ambetter Health. We are very excited you are insured as part of the 2023 Ambetter Health Family.

Coverage beings January 1, 2023. In November you will receive a letter with your member ID. Once you receive this letter you will be able to:

  • Review information about your coverage

We recommend reviewing our Ambetter Guide to see if your doctor is in network. The guide will have the most up to date information about our provider network, including information such as name, address, telephone numbers, hours of operation, professional qualifications, specialty, and board certification. It can help you find a primary care provider (PCP), pharmacy, lab, hospital, or specialist.

Your prior healthcare insurance carrier will continue to manage your plan for the remainder of 2022 unless you have changed carriers or have unpaid premiums with them.

If you were assigned to Ambetter Health and continue as an Ambetter Health member, your insurance will be through Ambetter effective January 1, 2023.

Your prior healthcare insurance carrier will handle all 2022 premium payments up until January 1, 2023. 2023 premium payments will be handled by Ambetter.

Your premium beginning January 1, 2023 is based on the Ambetter plan you have been assigned to in your market, you age, zip code, family size, and income information in the Marketplace.
