 Helpful Renewal Tips 

  • Visit your Online Member Account to review your current coverage. While you are there, sign up for Auto Pay so you never miss a payment! 
  • Please review your new monthly premium information. Even if you currently have no monthly payment due, you may now have a monthly payment due in 2025. Remember, payment is required to keep your coverage active.
  • Remember to check Ambetter Health's 2025 Preferred Drug List for all covered drug updates
  • You will receive your 2025 ID card(s) in the mail by the end of January. While you wait, you have access to your card within your Online Member Account and the Ambetter Health app. You can continue to use your current card, even if your plan changed.

Your Ambetter Health renewal letter will provide the details for your Ambetter Health coverage. You’ll receive this in the mail, and it will also be available in your Online Member Account. Be sure to review your plan details closely. If you don’t make any changes, we will automatically renew your coverage.

If you want to make changes, including enrolling in a different Ambetter Health plan, you can call us at 1-877-873-5479 (TTY 711), and we’ll help you explore other options. Open Enrollment is November 1, 2024 – December 15, 2024 for 1/1/2025 coverage. Open Enrollment for 2/1/2025 coverage is December 16, 2024- January 15, 2025.

When Open Enrollment starts on November 1, you can call us at 1-877-873-5479 (TTY 711) and we can help you re-confirm your tax credit information. You’ll want to do this whether or not you received a tax credit last year. This will ensure you save as much as possible on your coverage. You can also go to WA Health Plan Finder.

Yes. If you’re pleased with the details on your renewal letter and don’t want or need to make any changes, your Ambetter Health plan will automatically renew. Please be sure to visit your Online Member Account to review any changes to your plan for 2025 as there are many factors that may have caused your plan to change. Your coverage will start on January 1.

Your monthly premium amount may adjust for your new plan year coverage. When you receive your renewal letter, be sure to review this closely. We have other plans that can offer you different monthly premium amounts and other out-of-pocket cost savings.

When Open Enrollment is closed, you may still be able to enroll in a health insurance plan. To do so, you have to qualify for a Special Enrollment period. This happens when you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Give us a call at 1-877-873-5479 (TTY 711) and we can walk through your options.

If your current plan is not being offered in 2025, we have automatically enrolled you into a new plan. Please note, this plan may have a different network and different referral requirements than your 2024 plan. Review the specifics of your new plan on your Online Member Account to make sure it fits your needs.
