Ophthalmic Products Recall Notice July 2019

On July 3, 2019, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that Altaire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was recalling several lots of Neomycin and Polymixin B and Bacitracin Zinc Ophthalmic Ointment, NEO-POLY DEX, NEO-POLYCIN HC, POLYCIN, Bacitracin Ophthalmic Ointment, or Sulfacetamide Sodium Ophthalmic Ointment for safety reasons.
