Ambetter Health Plan Changes for 2025

Ambetter from Sunshine Health is grateful for your participation in our provider network and for the care you provide our members.

Each year, we conduct a comprehensive review of our market operations and look for ways to improve member experience. That’s why we’re making these changes to our health plan offerings starting January 1, 2025:

Introducing the Premier Network

The Bronze | Silver | Gold network will be renamed the Premier Network. We are committed to ensuring you have all the resources available to make this transition as smooth as possible for you and your patients.

Select, Virtual Access Plans Will be Discontinued

The Select and Virtual Access plans will be discontinued. We are committed to ensuring you have all the resources available to make this transition as smooth as possible for all involved. Our other Ambetter Health offerings will still be available.

While our plan offerings are changing, our commitment to delivering quality care and services to our members remains unwavering. Members will be notified about this change in the coming months and may be given alternative Ambetter Health plan options.
