Ambetter Health Taking Over Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Auths

Ambetter Health will administer authorizations for Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) services for Ambetter Health members starting May 1, 2025. These services were previously provided by TurningPoint.

Providers not contracted with Ambetter Health who wish to provide ENT services can contact Ambetter Health Provider Services at 1-877-687-1169 (Relay Florida 1-800-955-8770).

Transition of Care

TurningPoint authorization approvals issued before May 1, 2025, are effective until the authorization end date. Starting May 1, 2025, please submit prior authorization requests via the Secure Provider Portal.
