Our Premier plans are available in bronze, silver and gold levels. Each metal level provides a balance of monthly premium payment and out-of-pocket expenses. Enhanced Diabetes Care Silver with $0 Drug Options
On the Enhanced Diabetes Care Silver plan, members can pay as little as $0 for:
- Select insulins
- Select medications used to manage diabetes and diabetes-related concerns, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and mental health
- Diabetic supplies, including lancets, test strips, glucometers, insulin syringes and pen needles
- Diabetic-related labs, such as HbA1c, glucose, kidney function, and albumin and microalbumin tests
- Annual retinal eye exam
- Routine foot care

Ambetter Health Value
Value plans are affordable plans that feature a network of specific healthcare providers and hospitals. Value plan members are assigned to a primary care provider (PCP) within a medical group to coordinate care. Referrals are required for most care outside of what the PCP can provide, such as seeing a specialist.
