Now that the Public Health Emergency has been lifted, Medicaid members need to confirm their Medicaid eligibility each year.
Renewing your Medicaid eligibility is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- You should receive a letter in a yellow striped envelope from the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) 45 days before your Medicaid anniversary, explaining how to verify your Medicaid eligibility.
- If you are eligible for Medicaid, you can chose coverage from plans like Sunshine Health and find the plan that is right for you.
- If you don't receive a letter or are unsure of your anniversary date, you can confirm your eligibility with the Florida Department of Children and Families by visiting Myflfamilies.com/Medicaid. You can also visit a local Department of Children Families office. Find an office near you.
